Faye Xiang joined Ray White Hamilton Property Management in 2026, bringing established property management experience, strong local knowledge and the ability to support clients in both English and Mandarin.
Having lived in Hamilton for more than 15 years, Faye has a genuine connection to the city and a strong understanding of Hamilton and the wider Waikato property market. She works closely with landlords and tenants and is particularly pleased to assist Mandarin-speaking property owners, investors and tenants who value being able to discuss important property matters in their preferred language.
Faye began her professional property management career in 2024, gaining hands-on experience managing the day-to-day requirements of residential rental properties before joining the Ray White Hamilton team.
Before entering the property industry, Faye owned and operated her own retail business. Running a business taught her the importance of excellent customer service, financial responsibility, organisation and finding practical solutions when challenges arise.
It also developed qualities that translate naturally into property management: remaining calm under pressure, communicating clearly and taking responsibility for getting things done.
Today, Faye brings that combination of property management experience, business ownership and local Hamilton knowledge to every property she manages.
