Ryan Meecham

Ryan joined Ray White Hamilton Property Management in May 2019 as a Property Manager after moving home from London.

Ryan is a born and bred Hamiltonian with a good understanding of the local area. He completed a Social Science degree with a double major of Psychology and Philosophy at The University of Waikato. Since joining the Ray White team, Ryan has completed his Level 4 Property Management qualification and won the top awards for Growth and Lowest Arrears at the end of the 2021 financial year.

Ryan excels in his portfolio with maintaining good customer relationships and has a passion for ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of landlords, tenants and contractors alike. Ryan can quite often be found studying Tenancy Tribunal cases to further his understanding of tenancy law and how it applies in different circumstances.

Ryan has previously helped his parents manage a small portfolio of their own properties and is excited to expand his skills in property management. Having an expansive set of skills from administration, credit, plus financial control and a wide range of customer service experience, gives Ryan a well-rounded skill set that will help in the property management industry.
